Looking forward to your delivery from The Ascot Shop? Here’s how to check your order and follow your parcel’s progress.

Check your order status

Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from The Ascot Shop and follow the link to view your order. Your personal order-status page is the best place to check the tracking information added to your order.

Track your parcel

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking has been added, use the carrier tracking link in your shipping email or on your order-status page. This will take you to the tracking details for your parcel with the carrier shown, such as Royal Mail or Yodel.

Please use the link supplied with your own order. This page does not look up parcels by order number.

Can’t find your tracking?

Check your spam or junk folder for your confirmation emails. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, tracking may not be available.

If you still need a hand, email julie@theascotshop.co.uk with your order number and the name used at checkout. If you can’t find your order number, include the email address used to place the order so we can help locate it.
