At The Ascot Shop, we have a flexible return policy that allows you to return any product within 60 days for a reasonable reason, including sizing issues, colour discrepancies, or simply changing your mind. However, please ensure that the item has not been worn or used. It’s important to note that if you opt for a straight refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for the additional cost of shipping the new item. Our free shipping policy only applies to the initial purchase, and any returns or exchanges will incur the actual shipping charges.

If The Ascot Shop makes an administrative error, we will cover all shipping costs associated with resolving the issue. As the buyer, you will not be required to pay for any of these costs. If you encounter such a problem, please contact us immediately.
